Do you want to write much faster without having to keep pausing in between? Then keep reading because I’m here to help you.

My son was recently gifted a laptop to play his games and complete homework. When he first started using it, he needed to use the mouse, which was the only mouse we had in the house. So I had to keep using the keypad which really irritates me as I prefer using a mouse — yes, I’m old school.

Having to mess about with the keypad and the mouse took away some valuable writing time, and even contributed to my achy arms and wrists.

So I’ve learned 12 simple tricks to make my writing life much easier, and I want to share these with you so you can also work more efficiently.

When you want to highlight, press these two buttons and it will immediately select all.

If you want to copy the text, then click these two buttons to do just that.

After you’ve copied the text, press these two buttons to paste

If you want to delete a particular section of text, then press these two to cut.
