ListView.Builder di dalam SingleChildScrollView

Susah sekali mengatur bagaimana caranya agar ListView.Builder ini bisa menghasilkan tinggi berdasarkan komponen yang dirender, sehingga tidak menyusahkan kita untuk mengatur tingginya maka 2 hal ini kalian bisa lakukan

If you do not set the shrinkWrap property, your ListView will be as big as its parent.

If you set it to true, the list will wrap its content and be as big as it children allows it to be.
