Day 2 — Journaling for Self-Reflection and Personal Growth.

✍️ “What Am I Most Proud of Accomplishing This Year?”

There are indeed a few things I am very proud of. But most of all, I’m proud of having reached my desired weight in April.

Every day I am reminded of this success. Every time I stand in front of the closet and know that just everything will look good, I’m grateful to myself for having made it through.

Additionally, nostalgic memories come exactly 2 times a week, namely when I deliver newspapers.

Each time, I am delighted anew at how easy the tour has become for me!

What used to be torture under constant, never-ending shortness of breath now feels like a relaxing walk.

There is probably nothing more important than health and well-being!

And it is no exaggeration when I claim to be a completely different person now.
