My Photo Graveyard.

In writing my previous story, I really began to understand how many of my photos have never and will never see the light of day. I have thousands of photos that I have never even tried to edit, but I know and understand why that has been, is, and will always be the case. You see, photography even though a hobby, is something that has become therapeutic, even cathartic to me. Some days I simply photograph to hear the sound of the shutter, then I never look at the images.

So I thought that I could make a thread called “My Photo Graveyard” where I will post forgotten images I’ve either never edited or never used. This first set will be images from my first DSLR, which you can read about here. In that post, I did share some of those pictures. They now sit in a folder called “My Photography” and I have never felt the need to change that as it is a representation of where I started my photography.

These images were all taken by me with a Nikon D3000 and the kit lens of the time, they were all taken in JPEG and have no additional editing done to them. They were also all taken in Auto mode.
